Mandy Leidy -
Mandy joined Spy Inspections in 2005, after 10 years as an assistant customer service
manager in the food retail industry. Since joining Spy, Mandy has gained knowledge
of the home inspection process through extensive on-the-job training, including observing
inspections in the field.
Mandy’s expertise in customer service combined with her knowledge of home inspections
has allowed her to help thousands of Spy’s clients with their unique needs.

Call us today to experience the very best in home inspection services. Harvey "Bud" Ricci, President Bud is originally from Lansdale, PA.
As a member of NPCA and PPCA, he
became familiar with home inspections through doing termite inspections
since 1981 with his pest control company, now Bricker’s Termite Control, Inc.
In 1989 he was one of the first who received his radon testing certification
and became a member of AARST.
After 27 years of inspections, Bud has been involved with tens of thousands of
inspections including home, termite, radon, well, water, and septic, just to name
a few.
He is currently the president of SPY Inspection Services Inc. and an active member of
MCAR working on the affiliate committee. Richard J. Ray, Vice President Rick grew up in Warminster located in Bucks County Pa and attended
Archbishop Wood High School.
After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business
Management, he sold commercial and residential heating and air conditioning before
joining Bud in 1997 in the pest control industry.
Rick went on to get his commercial applicator license from the Pennsylvania
Department of Agriculture and radon certification from the Pennsylvania Department
of Environmental Protection. Rick has been with SPY Inspection Services from its conception and has
actively been involved with thousands of real estate inspections.
In addition to his involvement with the inspection business, Rick is also
a member of both the Bucks County Association of Realtors and the
Montgomery County Association of Realtors, where he has been serving
as Chairman of the Affiliate Committee since 2006.
He now resides in Lansdale with his wife Stacy and two children Tabitha and
Nicholas. |
